He started this company a few years ago after having worked for another company, and he's doing a great job getting his brand established. I bought 2 heat pumps and two furnaces from him for our home and am a very pleased customer. He an his team are excellent communicators and follow through with their commitments. The pricing was dramatically better than some of the other brands, so I went with the top-of-the-line Goodman offerings. They appear to be very good quality units--nice and quiet and efficient, the install was very tidy and well done, and the apps for controlling the units are really impressive. James even followed up weeks later (just this morning) to see how everything was working for me. I'm happy to write a positive review for them.
