Exceptional Service from James at Utah Quality Heating & Cooling. Our AC went out on August 3rd during one of the hottest periods of the summer. I contacted more than five HVAC companies, and not a single one responded. The earliest appointment I could get was for that coming Friday, but with the temperature inside our home approaching 90 degrees, we were desperately hoping for help sooner. We were absolutely ecstatic when James from Utah Quality Heating & Cooling called Wednesday morning and said he could be at our home that very afternoon. James is incredible. He quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through multiple options, ranging from a simple repair to get us cooled down immediately to a complete system replacement. At no point did I feel pressured. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option so we could make the best decision for our situation. Given the extreme heat and his already busy schedule, we decided to move forward with the repair for now. James got our AC running again and provided a reasonable quote for a full system replacement down the road. We'll be following up with him later this fall to discuss replacing our aging system.
