Earlier this year, Deer Haven Ribbon and Blooms went through something no small business owner should ever have to face. A vehicle crashed directly into the front of their store, causing serious damage and forcing them to shut their doors. That's a gut punch - financially, emotionally, all of it.
We know what it takes to build something from the ground up. The early mornings, the long days, the sacrifices that never make it onto a highlight reel. When something completely outside your control threatens everything you've worked for, it hits differently. That's why we wanted to show up for them.
Tomorrow, November 3rd, we're heading to Deer Haven's Grand Reopening right here in American Fork. We'll be set up outside serving free hot chocolate - no sales pitch, no agenda. Just a small way of celebrating another local business getting back on its feet.
If you're anywhere near 1096 E 50 S in American Fork, come swing by. Grab a cup, check out the store, and show Deer Haven some love. Small businesses run on community support, and even just walking through the door means something.
This is what it means to be part of a community. We're proud to be a small business that gets to serve Utah County, and moments like this remind us why that matters so much to us.
