Here's what we were working with - an aging Trane XE1000 outdoor unit and an older Trane furnace that had both put in their years of work. Not bad equipment in their day, but old systems like these lose efficiency over time, cost more to run, and eventually just can't keep up. This home in Cedar Hills needed a full upgrade, and that's exactly what we delivered.

We swapped everything out - the outdoor condenser and the indoor furnace - with a new Goodman high-efficiency setup. The new outdoor unit is compact, quiet, and runs on R-32 refrigerant, which is one of the more environmentally friendly refrigerants available today. Paired with a new high-efficiency Goodman furnace, this home now has a complete heating and cooling system that's built to perform reliably for years to come.

One of the biggest wins here is that this new equipment qualifies for rebates. That's real money back in the homeowner's pocket - and it's something we make a point to factor in when we're helping people choose their new system. A lot of homeowners don't realize that rebate-qualifying equipment is available until we bring it up during the conversation.

The install itself was clean. The new furnace fits right into the same utility space as the old Trane unit, with all the venting, PVC condensate lines, and electrical connections done properly from the start. Getting the details right on the indoor side matters just as much as the equipment you choose - a sloppy install can cut into efficiency gains fast.

If your furnace or A/C is showing its age - cycling too often, struggling to keep up, or just racking up repair bills - it might be time to have a real conversation about replacement. We work through the options with you, help identify rebate opportunities, and make sure you're getting a setup that actually fits your home.
